Ghanaian defender Jeffrey Schlupp has returned to training with his Leicester City team after a long injury layoff.
The 22-year-old suffered a hamstring injury in the last month of 2015 and underwent a successful surgery at the Princess Grace Hospital in Nottingham Palace, London.
Ahead of the Premier League leaders’ game against Norwich City, Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri oversaw his team’s morning training session with his defender Jeffrey Schlupp joining the other players for the drill.
Ghana international teammate Daniel Amartey who joined Leicester City in the January transfer window also trained with the side.
Amartey could make his debut against Norwich City with Blue Army’s right back Danny Simpson suspended for the league game.
Leicester City had a free weekend due to their non-involvement in the FA Cup, a competition they were eliminated from in the third round by Tottenham Hotspur.
