Watford Striker says wife is behind his goalscoring form

Watford striker Odion Ighalo has revealed that his wife of six years, Sonia is responsible for his goalscoring form.

Ighalo has scored eight Premier League goals this season as Watford continue their good run in their return to the top division.

The Nigeria international has revealed that his wife, is the reason who he has been scoring lots of goals.

“I want to say that my marriage which marked six years recently has made me to be a complete man,” Ighalo told .

“My wife has been very crucial to my impressive career. She has been able to build a good home and she makes me and the children happy. She is everything to me.”

The Watford striker recently took to Instagram to celebrate his wife on their sixth wedding anniversary.

“Happy anni to us,6 yrs and still counting. Even with my wrong doings, stubbornness she still try to manage me, gone thru bad and good time but we still moving, it has always been God,” (sic) the striker wrote on Instagram along with the photo of himself and his wife.
