Tom Brady has agreed a two-year contract extension with the New England Patriots, according to reports.
Unidentified NFL sources have informed ESPN that the four-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback will remain with the franchise until 2019, when he will be 42 years old.
Despite his advancing years, Brady has shown no signs of slowing down, leading the Patriots to their fifth-straight AFC Championship game last season after throwing for 4,770 yards and 36 touchdowns.
Brady has thrown for 58,028 yards in his 16-year NFL career, earning 11 Pro Bowl selections and two Super Bowl MVP awards.
