Mateo Kovacic has the best dribble success ratio, after attempting more than 50 dribbles this season

Croatian midfielder Mateo Kovacic has beaten Lionel Messi and Neymar to emerge as the player with the best dribble success ratio in the Spanish La Liga.

The youngster joined Real Madrid last season from Inter Milan after establishing himself as a midfield dynamo, but he couldn't break into the highly competitive Real Madrid midfield, which features Luca Modric, Toni Kroos and Casemiro.

Kovacic is now rediscovering the good form from his in the Serie A days in Madrid, due to manager Zinedine Zidane's rotational system, which has seen him play 35 times, starting 21 of those games.
