A man just proved that Nigerian men can be really romantic too when he pulled off a one-of-a-kind proposal to his girlfriend.

The now-engaged couple were on their seats aboard a KLM flight when the man's girlfriend known as Teejay was called by the pilot to come over to the cockpit area.

Apparently, Teejay's man was waiting at the cockpit, a bouquet and an engagement ring in his hands. He popped the big question just as soon as she appeared right after he told her how much she meant to him.

And of course, she replied with a big 'YES'.
