Nursery kids also sit on mats under a Baobab tree for lessons, the report adds.
Sokabiisi Primary School is a six-unit classroom block and has a 257 student population.
Pictures from the report show the pupils dressed in the school uniforms and sitting on the bare floor in their classrooms.
The pupils and the school's authorities have appealed to the government and the general public for support.
