The Black Stars of Ghana coach could make drastic changes to its starting lineup ahead of Wednesday evenings third round of matches in group D.

Avram Grant has thus far refused to name an unchanged side for the tournament, sticking with the same starting 11 for his first two games, but with a quarter final qualification ensured, there are reports he is considering giving as many of his team playing time against Egypt.
