Leaders of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) have stated that as human as Justice Ajet Nasam is, he is fallible.
The issue has led to some Ghanaians casting doubts on independence of the nation’s judiciary.
According to the expose’ by ace journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, Justice Ajet Nasam took GH¢ 16,000 bribe to compromise on justice.

Samuel Kwame Sackey, leader of the SCOAN in Ghana told the media in Accra that as human as Justice Ajet Nasam is, he is bound to makes mistakes in life.“Human beings as we are, no one is perfect that is why we attend churches. We are being preached to do the right thing but somewhere along the line, you fall. He (Ajet) is an individual member and I can’t speak on his behalf. It’s not as if the church doesn’t see anything wrong with what has happened; the church teaches people to do the right thing,” he said.
