The church according to reports is in a legal battle with a woman who claims ownership of the land.

The Head Pastor of the Church, Rev. Abraham Lamptey said the Church was summoned to court over a suit challenging their ownership of the land about seven months ago.

Rev. Abraham Lamptey stated that some land guards visited the church about 3 months ago and told the workers in the church that the church was lucky because they [the land guards] were fasting.

He added that he was at home when he had a call that some land guards came to attack and set the church ablaze.

"I was home today when I had a call that some 10 thugs, land guards had come to the site, chased everyone out of the place with gun, entered the auditorium, poured petrol and set the place ablaze and burnt everything," he said.
