"I dream of Premier League" - Afriyie Acquah

“When I came here, I spoke with [Coach Giampiero] Ventura and I told him that someday I’d like to go to England and play in the Premier League.

Ghana midfielder Afriyie Acquah reveals his ambition is to follow in Andre Ayew and Jordan Ayew footsteps and join the Premier League.

The 23-year-old joined Torino in the summer transfer window on account of his ability to play in all roles in the midfield, but he’s confident he can improve even further.

“Yes, I certainly can,” he told Tuttosport, when asked that very question.

“He told me that if I work hard over these years, then I can make it.

“I remember Darmian, who played by my side at Palermo. He wasn’t so strong back then, but he developed here at Torino until eventually he was noticed and signed by Manchester United.”
