No matter where Bawumia speaks people will show up – Nana Addo

The organisers of the event; Danquah Institute said they suspected a sabotage by the governing NDC. This is after the property managers of the original and publicised venue (Accra International Conference Center) informed them a day to the event of the unavailability of the Center for their programme.

This comment was made in reference to alleged frustrations by the NDC-led government to prevent the lecture from happening at the earlier publicised venue; the Accra International Conference Centre.

The organisers say they were informed at the eleventh hour (Wednesday) after they had been given the go-ahead to hold the program there.

But the government has rejected claims that their actions were deliberate to sabotage the program organised by the Danquah Institute.

Addressing the audience at the public lecture on the state of the economy which was addressed by his running mate, Nana Addo expressed gratitude to all who came despite the late change in venue. He was optimistic this was a sign the NPP will emerge victors after December 7.
