The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has scheduled the party’s Parliamentary election in the North Tongu Constituency of the Volta Region for Sunday December 20, 2015.

One of the aspirants, Mr. Christopher Kofi Eleblu filed a suit challenging his disqualification by the party’s National Petition Review Committee.

But an Accra High Court on Tuesday dismissed the case.

A statement signed by the party’s General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah said the NEC is assuring the constituency and party members that all is set for the election on Sunday.
