Michael Essien is currently plying his trade with Indonesian outfit Persib Bandung and he has emulated an antics at training whereby the players turn upside down- head downwards and legs upwards.

Essien shared a photo of him practicing what he calls yoga, expressing some sort of joy for the antics, Didier Drogba however, thinks it is a risky practice for his former teammate to get involved in.

"A little time to practice Yoga," Essien wrote.

"What's wrong with you, maaan? Yoga ??? Please get back on your feet. Leave this for Vinay," Drogba wrotes.

Essien and Dtogba were Chelsea teammates from 2015 to 2014 and the duo won Premier league, FA Cup, League Cup and the UEFA Champions League, while playing for the London side
