President John Mahama arrived in Japan three days ago for a state visit.
Several agreements were signed.
One of such is the construction of the second phase of the Secondi Fishing Harbour project, president Mahama said at a joint presser with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan.
Japan has also restored to Ghana the Yen loan portfolio which was cancelled in 2000.
Japan has also agree to finance a second bridge over the Volta River as part of the eastern corridor road network.
Ghanaians will also enjoy scholarship under the ABE Initiative as part of a deal struck between the two countries.
