Ghana’s Vice president Kwesi Amissah-Arthur was on Friday unable to join the 2015 National Farmers Day celebration in Bolgatanga.
This was due to poor weather conditions which made it impossible for the Ghana Air Force to airlift the Vice President and his team to Bolgatanga for the ceremony as planned.
