Anthony K. Sam has been appointed the Metropolitan Chief Executive for Secondi/Takoradi, whiles Osei Assibey Antwi will head Kumasi.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed the Greater Accra Regional secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Mohammed Adjei Sowah as the Mayor of Accra whiles Musah Superior will be the Metroplitan Chief Executive for Tamale in the Northern Region.

Their appointment is however subject to approval by their respective metropolitan assemblies.

In a statement signed and issued on Friday, March 10, by Eugene Arhin, Director of Communications at the Presidency, the President has also appointed Charles Bissue subject to consultation with the Council of State, as a Presidential Staffer.
