The "Yakubu" rapper shared a photo they took together at The Mercer Hotel, New York today (June 6) on his Instagram and Twitter pages.

The rapper also revealed that he is 'making moves' (probably with the rapper star).

Kwaw captioned the photo with the message "#MakingMoves just met @kanyewest at the Mercer Hotel" and added that Kanye is the "coolest dude".

The rapper received only one nomination at this year's Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. His hit song "Yakubu" was nominated in the "Hip-hop Song of the Year" category but unfortunately lost to Sarkodie.
