Mourinho attends Albert Adomah's match after Chelsea exit

The sacked Chelsea manager was in attendance for Brighton’s match against Albert Adomah's Middlesbrough at the Amex Stadium.

Middlesbrough defeated Brighton & Hove Albion 3-0, with Kike opening the scoring of the game after just five minutes of play before Ghana international Ablbert Adomah put one in to take his side into a 2-0 half time lead.

Cristian Stuani completed the scoring for Championship club Middlesbrough as Karanka and his men took all three points to take a 3-point lead on the table.

But the surprise of the game was the presence of Jose Mourinho. The Portuguese man found a game to watch on Saturday after having been sacked as Chelsea manager – and it wasn’t one that many would expect.

He was in attendance for Brighton’s match against Albert Adomah's Middlesbrough at the Amex Stadium.

The reason? Well, it’s likely due to the fact that Aitor Karanka, his former assistant, is manager of Middlesbrough.

Oh, and he sported his new haircut, which had only been very briefly seen as he said goodbye to some of his Chelsea players earlier in the week.
