Osino Presby primary school cries for help
Pupils of Osino Presbyterian primary school have for years been learning under trees serving as classrooms
Among the handicaps faced by the schools, lack of infrastructure stands out as a prominent reason of the failure of the schemes.
Pupils of Osino Presbyterian primary school in the Fanteakwa South District of the Eastern region have for years been learning under trees serving as classrooms.
Established in 1921, the school was a ray of hope for the residents of Osino who hoped to educate their children.
The roof of the school building was washed away by a heavy rainfall in September, 2015. This has affected the standard of education in the community.
However, authorities of the school are pleading with the government to come to their aid.
