AC Milan has terminated the contract of Sulley Muntari with immediate effect.
Sulley Ali Muntari's contract at AC Milan has been terminated
The 30-year-old tenacious midfielder joined Milan on loan back in January 2012 from rivals Inter, after playing the previous campaign on loan at Premier League side Sunderland.
Muntari impressed during his time with the red half of Milan and so Massimiliano Allegri, manager at the time, handed him a permanent contract.
However, during his three years at the club the ex-Portsmouth man has managed just 57 league appearances and during that spell the club’s form has spiralled out of control.
