Ghanaian artiste Samini is the latest artiste to entreat the president for his own visit hours after Stonebwoy reacted to Shatta’s visit to the seat of government requesting for his own tour of the Flagstaff House as well.
In a recent tweet directed at the president he thanks Akufo-Addo for bridging the gap between entertainment and government and jokingly remarked that December 22 was his own.
“Nakufoaddo thanks for bridging the gap between entertainment and government. Now that doors are open, December 22 is #myown oo akye” he said.

The president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo on October 17 wished Shatta Wale, a happy birthday in pidgin English on his Twitter account.
The tweet which went viral also extended an invitation to Shatta to visit the seat of government which he honoured.
President Akufo-Addo tweeted: “Happy birthday @shattawalegh! You for come visit me for Flagstaff House o!”
The president and Shatta Wale spoke about the current state of the Ghanaian music industry as well as the appointment of music ambassadors who would help bolster the up and coming musicians understanding of the ins and outs of the Ghanaian music industry.
