An upcoming feature film adaptation of South African author Cynthia Jele's award winning novel 'Happiness is a Four-Letter Word' stars some of your African favourite actors.
The upcoming big screen adaptation of Cynthia Nozizwe Jele's 'Happiness is a Four Letter Word' stars Hlomla Dandala, Chris Attoh, Mmabatho Montsho among others.
Currently in production, the feature film is written by Busisiwe Ntilintili and directed by Thabang Moleya.
The novel was awarded the 2011 Commonwealth Writers' Prize: Best First Book, and the 2011 M-Net Literary Award.
The romantic comedy follows three friends searching for happiness while trying to juggle their hectic Johannesburg lifestyles and images of success and acceptability.
'Happiness is a Four Letter Word' stars Mmabatho Montsho as Nandi, Khanyi Mbau as Zaza, and Renate Stuurman as Princess.
The movie also stars 'Jacob's Cross' star, Hlomla Dandala alongside 'Tinsel' star Chris Attoh.
