Upcoming Ghanaian Actor Gets His First Hollywood Movie Role

Michael Attram Tetteh has landed his first major role in a Hollywood movie titled "Freetown."

Michael Attram Tetteh, a graduate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has landed his first major role in a Hollywood movie titled "Freetown."Freetown which was premiered last Friday at the Silverbed Cinemas, Accra Mall features characters like Grace Omaboe Phillip Michael, Bright Dodoo, Clement Amegayie, Alphonse Menyo, Great Ejiro, Nuong Faalong and Michael Attram.The movie was hot in Ghana; precisely Osu, Oyibi and Korle Gonno by Three Coin Productions and Go Films from the USA.Written by Melissa Leilani Larson and Garrett Batty and directed by Garrett Batty, Freetown tells a story of six Liberian missionaries in Monrovia who fled from their country as a result brutal civil war.With the help of local church member Phillip Abubakar (Henry Adofo), the missionaries make the difficult journey, only to have their troubles compounded by a rebel fighter bent on killing one of their own. Based on incredible true events, Freetown is a thrilling and inspiring story of hope and survival.According to Michael Attram, he was happy to have passed the auditions last year due to how impressive he was during the auditions. “I have not featured in any movie role but I was told I could act during my acting day in school” he said.He said that his doors are opened to any movie producer who wants to work with him.Michael Attram, 24 years has been a model for three years with his recent work being the Glitz fashion show.
