Hit children's movie Minionshas continued its runaway success by topping the U.K. Box Office Chart for the third week in a row.
The Despicable Me spin-off, featuring the voices of Jon Hamm and Sandra Bullock, set the second-highest opening weekend takings for an animated film in U.S. history when it was released there last week.
The movie was already a huge success in the U.K. and it continued its stellar run by fighting off competition from newly-released comedy sequel Ted 2 over the weekend.
Minions took $6.5 million (£4.1 million) over the three-day period, leaving Ted 2 trailing in second place with $6 million (£3.8 million) and dinosaur blockbuster Jurassic World in third with $2.9 million (£1.8 million).
