The controversial singer made this known while declaring her New Year resolutions on Twitter.

After listing a series of negative trends which involved her in 2019, Wendy Shay said she aims to win a Grammy this year.
“2020 be music and money year. I’m bringing home the Grammys,” parts of her tweet read.
The RuffTown Records signee endured her best calendar year yet, having finally cemented her place as one of the heavyweights in the industry.
Her album “Shay on you” contains numerous hits, including “Psalm 35”, “Astalavista”, “The boy is mine” and “Bedroom commando”.
She also had big collaborations with the likes of Shatta Wale, Sarkodie and Kuami Eugene last year.
The song “Stevie Wonder” in which she featured Shatta Wale is one of the biggest jams till date and has over two million views on YouTube.
Having already won the New Artiste of the Year award at the 2019 VGMA and the Breakthrough Act of the Year at the 2019 3 Music Awards, it remains to be seen if the Grammys will be her next big scoop.
