A 31-year-old man from India has been charged for murder after he poured Kerosene on a married neighbor and set her ablaze for refusing to have sex with him on Friday.
The labourer from Uttar Pradesh fled after committing the crime, while Reena Koli died in the hospital where she had been rushed to for treatment.
According to reports, a dying statement made by the victim before her demise led police to arrest the suspect.
