A young US rapper named Capo (whose real name is Marvin Carr) is dead.

Capo's manager confirmed on Sunday, July 12 that the rapper was killed in a possible drive-by shooting in Chicago's South Shore on Saturday, July 11. Authorities reveal to NBC News that the 22-year-old was a member of Chief Keef's "Glo Gang'' and was shot in the hip and back. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died.

In a statement, his manager, Renaldo Reuben Hess said: "He was a good kid. The streets of Chicago is something. He was murdered. I don't understand what is going on with all these kids." Authorities say the same shooting also claimed the life of a 13-month-old baby boy, Dillon Harris, who was struck by a car that was fleeing the scene.
