A 33-year-old South African woman, Gugulethu Fani, has been stabbed to death by her ex-convict lover whom she had told her family she was prepared to die for him, reports Daily Sun.

A South African girl who told her parents she was prepared to die for a man has met her death at the hands of the man.

According to the report, when Fani first met the ex-convict sugar daddy boyfriend, she had allegedly told her family she was prepared to die for him and in fulfilment of the prophesy, that was exactly what happened in the night of Saturday, November 14, when the lady from Dlamini in Soweto was stabbed to death.
She was allegedly stabbed to death during a fight that ensued when the sugar daddy accused her of cheating on him, at a tavern.
A relative of the murdered lady told the Daily Sun:

“While they were at the tavern, her boyfriend went to the toilet and found her talking to another man when he came back. He got angry and accused her of having an affair with the man.
He first beat the man and then broke a bottle and stabbed Gugulethu. I saw my niece bleeding and asking her lover for forgiveness.”
After stabbing her, the jealous boyfriend took the lady to the hospital where she was confirmed dead. He has since been arrested and charged to court for murder.
