According to the service, despite the existence of waste bins inside the building, some people abandon them and instead dump refuse such as used sanitary towels, used condoms, and used paper hand towels at inappropriate places.

The Judicial Service has issued a notice to the users of the facility to desist from disposing of waste just anyhow instead of into the dustbins provided at various points.
“In recent times we have experienced blockages in our sewage lines as a result of the improper disposal of waste,” the Judicial Service said in the notice.
It added among other things: “Please take note that these items are to be disposed of by placing them in the dustbins provided in the washrooms.”
