Aston Martin made a model in preparation for the new James Bond movie,Spectre.

DB9 GT Bond Edition

Aston Martin has two new models, the DB9 GT Bond Edition and DB10.

The DB10 was developed exclusively for the new James Bond movie, Spectre, set to debut soon, while the DB9 GT celebrates Aston Martin’s 50-year association with James Bond.

Made for showrooms, DB9 GT features a unique Spectre Silver paint finish plus sterling silver Aston Martin badges and “007 Bond Edition” lettering.

The interior of the DB9 GT Bond Edition continues to pay homage to James Bond with unique numbered sill plaques featuring a “007” logo, a Bond Edition welcome screen, and the famous gun barrel logo between the rear seats.

Only 150 examples of DB9 GT Bond Edition will be made while the DB10, which is not meant for sale, has just 10 examples for the movie.

Aston Martin CEO, Andy Palmer, gave a statement concerning this model.

“In the run-up to the launch of the new film Spectre, which sees Bond behind the wheel of the DB10, we are very happy to be able to celebrate the partnership with this superb limited edition DB9 GT collector’s item. I’m sure the 150 owners worldwide who succeed in acquiring one of these exceptional sports cars will, like the rest of us, delight in seeing Spectre when it is released later this year."

Andy also made a statement concerning the release date for a possible all-electric version of the Rapide four-door.
