Most working class women find it very difficult to adopt a healthy lifestyle. There is so much to do at work that they end up having less time for them.

They end up spending so much money on cosmetic to get a flawless skin which has so side effects.

  • Avoid overeating

Too much of everything is bad and has serious repercussions. According to experts, people who overeat are faced with bloating, slowed digestion and their skin always look worse. Once you feel you are full, nice package the leftover and eat it the next day.

  • Keep hydrated

Certain toxins in the body can cause the skin to inflame, which results in clogged pores and acne. Drinking water flushes out these toxins in the can and also reduces the risk of pimples. Drink enough water as your body requires.

  • Listen to your body

 Do not eat emotionally. Do not give into those thoughts that make you go on an emotional binge. Instead, listen to your body. Is your body hungry? Then eat. Is that emotional hole in your heart hungry? Do not try to fill it up with food. Instead, calm your heart with meditation, positive thoughts and engaging hobbies.

  • Healthy eating

There are certain foods like brown rice, berries, fruits and vegetables, salmon among others when added to your diet can promote healthy skin.

  • Exercise

Regular exercise helps rid your body of toxins that cause skin conditions like acne and pimples. Along with fiber, exercise also helps promote bowel movement, thus reducing acne caused by constipation.
