Every lady loves a flawless make-up. Those days when make-up is on 'fleek' is every lady's wish/desire.
As with normal situations, make-up should/is supposed to enhance features, complement one's looks not mask imperfections (though foundations and concealers can be used to hide blemishes but not to mask to a point where blemishes are not treated)
