Ingredients
4 eggs3 tbsp coconut oil1/4 cup milk½ tsp of vanilla essence1/4 cup coconut flour1 Tbsp sugar or other wweetener1/4 tsp baking powder1 small tub of Wheyhey banoffee1 handful of strawberries
Method
1. Whisk all the ingredients together until there are no more lumps.
2. Ladle ¼ of a cup of the batter into a hot pancake skillet and cook until the outer edges are bubbling.
3. Flip the pancake and cook the other side.
4. Top with strawberries and serve
