Wash all vegetables.

Cut the garden eggs into halves and cook over medium heat.

Add garlic, pepper, half onion and boil till soft.

Grind vegetables in asanka or use a blender for a smooth paste.

Saute onions over medium heat.

Wash tilapia thoroughly and fry for 3- 5 minutes and put in separate bowl.

Add salmon and stir.

Add garden eggs mixture and stir continuously.

Add salt and seasoning to taste and allow to simmer for 3- 5 minutes

Garnish with tilapia, eggs, avocado.

Serve as desired.
