A lot has been going around about the HTC One A9 smartphone with numerous leaks and pictures surfacing over the past few weeks.
Now, the device has officially been launched and it is equipped with a 5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 screen.
The device is also HTC’s first smartphone that will come with the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow and it is powered by a 64-bit Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor.
The new HTC One A9 comes with a choice of storage and RAM options – one with 16GB storage and 2GB RAM, and the other with 32GB storage and 3GB RAM. Both devices have a microSD card slot that can support up to 2TB cards.
The phone measures 145.75x70.8x7.26mm and weighs 143g. It also comes with a range of sensors including a fingerprint sensor.
The HTC One A9 has a HTC Ultrapixel camera in front, a 13MP camera at the rear, BSI and autofocus. It also supports 4G LTE, dual band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1.
The smartphone sports a 2150mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0, comes in a range of colors and will cost $399 unlocked.
