The trend involves teens posting ugly pictures of themselves, then applying a strange cream on their faces and transforming into a handsome bloke or beautiful young woman.

In most of the videos, the teens put fake spots on their faces and a unibrow. The trend has therefore been tagged #dontjudgeabookbyitscover.
