This smoothie blends a fantastic mixture of nutrient-rich ingredients featuring raw cacao that’s packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties (it’s not the chocolate you’re used to seeing at the checkout line in the grocery store!). You’ll also be drinking in a complete source of plant-based protein from the hemp hearts and healthy anti-inflammatory fats thanks to the almond butter.

Ingredients
1 ½ cups (375 ml) almond milk
1 cup (150 g) fresh or frozen mango
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp hemp hearts or seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
2 handfuls of spinach
Directions
Wash all produce well.
Add ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45-60 seconds until smooth.
