In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she tackles a gigantic cyst on her patient's cheek.
The dermatologist asks fans for suggestions of how to describe the cyst, and they come through with tons of gross food comparisons.
This bump has grown so large that when Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes it, it looks like a whole cheesecake worth of filling gushes out.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper , has something extra sweet for her fans this Friday. Today's video may beat last week's cyst filled with sunshine , Valentine's gifts in blackheads , and a whole bunch of food stuffed into pimples combined. In her latest Instagram video, she tackles one gigantic cyst on her patient's cheek.

She pops her way through the cyst plaguing her patient in very satisfying fashion. Dr. Pimple Popper lets her fans join in on some of the fun, too. She captioned the pop: "I wont say it, but you know what this cyst looks like! TELL ME IN THE COMMENTS #drpimplepopper" Ask and you shall receive.

In it, Dr. Pimple Popper goes through her typical routine. First, she slices into the cyst to create an opening. Then, she drops her tools and uses her fingers to squeeze all the contents out. "I'm just going to give your cheek a squeeze," she says. This cyst delivered, and a whole pile of smooth white gunk smooshed out.

Now back to the epic food comparisons from all her fans added in the comments. You have some savory ideas: "mashed potato, mashed potato" or "butter" or "fettucine." All solid, er actually quite mushy, suggestions. But, the overwhelming response was a sweet, creamy filling like "custard," "cheesecake," and "frosting."
