Retired boxer Floyd Mayweather has thanked UFC women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm for calling him the ‘greatest of all time’.
Holly Holm called Floyd Mayweather the 'greatest fighter' of all time after meeting him in a basket ball game
Holm a fortnight ago defeated Ronda Rousey to become the reigning UFC champion.
During her time as the reign on the top of women's MMA, Rousey never hid her disdain for Mayweather, mocking him in any given situation.
Holm however is not following in the part of her predecessor calling the retired undefeated champion the ‘greatest fighter of all time’.
She ran into Mayweather at a basketball game and posed for photos with him.

Describing her meeting with Mayweather, Holm said “It was awesome [meeting Mayweather].”
“Just to be able to meet one of the greatest, I mean, the greatest of all time, you know? He's the only one that's ever been able to do it undefeated,” Holm said speaking in an interview with Fight Hype after watching Canelo Alvarez beat Miguel Cotto.
Mayweather took to his Instagram to thank the UFC fighter for her ‘kind words’.
“I want to thank @_hollyholm for the kind words. Congrats on your success,” the Money Man wrote.
“Please follow @_hollyholm and read the article I just posted on my Twitter and Facebook,” he concluded.
