Jurgen Klopp is in Liverpool to do what former manager, Brendan Rodgers could not do, take the club to the top.

Liverpool have the option of cutting short the 21-year-old's season-long arrangement and new manager Klopp who is an admirer of the Serbia international forward is keen for that to happen.

The 21-year-old is blaming Rodgers for his poor form at Liverpool, revealing that he never had a good relationship with the former Liverpool coach.

“I didn’t have a good relationship with the coach,” Markovic told Portuguese newspaper A Bola.
