Speaking at the launch of the programme the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) of Crystal Capital, Martin Ofori raised concerns about the need for financial institutions to design products that are suitable for young entrepreneurs.
He explains that a package such as the Student CEO summit challenges young people with sustainable business ideas to compete through stages and get supportted.
"“There is no doubt that one of the paramount challenges that confront young people is Funding. So with this project, hope will be restored and the youth can bank on this opportunity to start their business ventures.”

The Student CEO summit which visions to empower 30,000 students in 100 tertiary institutions across Ghana to be Entrepreneurial and Investment minded was launched at Lancaster University,Ghana.
Also, chairman of Ekow Mensah Investments and CEO of The African Network of Entrepreneurs (TANOE) expressed the need for financial institutions realise challenges and take steps to support potential and young entrepreneurs by offering advisory services, as well as funds to either expand or start their businesses.
Margaret Dery, Miss Ghana 2017, together with her runners-up graced the occasion and called for the financial empowerment amongs women in Ghana.
