Residents of a remote Colombian village with limited road access have taken to using motorcycle-powered wooden carts to travel on the railroad tracks. UPI news reported.

The villagers use the motorcycle-powered carts to transport people and cargo from their village to the town of Cordoba, a distance of nearly four miles.

The motorcycle carts go back and forth between the two localities and alternate directions every so often to prevent head-on collisions on the tracks.

Locals said the carts have become an unusual tourist draw in the area, with an increasing number of Colombians and foreign visitors seeking to take the unusual motorcycle train ride through the jungle.
