Analysis
Critics say the president should critically examine the capabilities of the bosses before showing them the exit. They argue that although they are connected to the previous governing party, if they are doing their jobs diligently then it is important they are maintained to the benefit of the country.
This even begs the question, should the heads of these institutions be political appointments in the first place?
