Video: Hearts settle for 1-1 draw against Inter Allies

Hearts of Oak have been held to a one-all draw against Inter Allies at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday on matchday 13 of the Ghana Premier League.

Inter Allies broker the deadlock in the first half after Victorien Adebayor in a solo run put Emmanuel Armah to finish off perfectly.

Armah’s goal is his 5th goal of the season this season and together with Adebayor they have scored 16 goals which are 84% of the 19 goals registered by Inter Allies.

Hearts of Oak after the seized of the game and dictated the pace, but they fluffed the chances that came their way.

The likes of Joseph Esso, Kofi Kordji and Afriyie wasted the opportunities that fell their way.

There were penalty calls from Hearts of Oak fans when Inter Allies defenders held the ball on about two occasions, but the referee ignored it as he allowed play to continue.

As it seems the game was heading to a 1-0 defeat Mohammed Alhassan came to the rescue of the hosts when he scored from a goalmouth melee in the 85th minute.
