The staff and players of the club will be staying at the S Hotel in Al Barsha as they gear up for an intensive pre-season camping.
“Touchdown! We've checked into the plush S Hotel in Al Barsha and are resting up ahead of our first training session,” Kotoko tweeted.
Meanwhile, some Kotoko players were left behind in Ghana after facing troubles with visa at the airport.
In a separate statement, the club said seven players were unable to travel with the team due to visa issues.
The club was, however, quick to add that they are working hard to resolve the issue for the players to join their teammates in Dubai.
“Players Lamptey, Agyapong, Abalora, Amoako, Kumi, Taylor and Boateng couldn't travel with the team to Dubai yesterday due to some visa hitches. Officials are currently working to rectify the issues so we can join them with their colleagues today,” the statement said.
The trip to Dubai adds to Kotoko’s glittering list of countries visited, with the club previously having their pre-season camping in Germany and Serbia.
