J.Los trainer told that the Hustlers star's abs workout consists of a set of 50 hanging abs raises followed by 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit ups with a 45-pound plate. That's just the start. Then, she does another set of 35 each, followed by a third set of 21 each. Oh, and she doesnt take breaks.
A busy schedule like prepping for the Super Bowl or touring doesn't get in the way of her sweat sessions, either. On her recent "It's My Party" tour, she made a stop at the Dallas Cowboys' training gym for a workout with A-Rod. And the celeb couple has also done fasted cardio together , plus a 10-day workout challenge they posted on YouTube.
