Black Stars vice-captain and his Swansea team fall at Newcastle

Andre Ayew and his Swansea City team were convincingly beaten away from home conceding three goals without reply in the Premier League fixture.

Jammal Lascelles opened the scoring of the game with five minutes to the end of first half as Newcastle United went into the interval with a 1-0 lead.

Moussa Sissoko doubled the lead for the home team before Andros Townsend made it three for three points as Newcastle secured the much needed victory.

Andre Ayew played 70 minutes of the game before he was replaced by Bafetim Gomis.
