Tuesday grind smoothie
Start your tuesday with this vibrant, nutrient rich smoothie! It’s packed with light and fresh spring flavors and potent anti-inflammatory compounds, like bromelain from pineapple and omega-3s from chia seeds and hemp hearts. The chia seeds and hemp hearts also lend extra protein to boost energy levels.
Ingredients
1 cup (250 g) pineapple
1 apple
1 large handful spinach
1 banana
1 cup (240 mL) coconut water
1 scoop chia seeds
1 tbsp (14 g) hemp hearts
1-2 handfuls of ice
Directions
Core pineapple and apple.
Wash apple and spinach and peel banana.
Place all ingredients in blender for 45 – 60 seconds.
Liquefy and enjoy!

Pineapple – orange, grapefruit, mango
Apple- pear
Spinach – kale (tuscan cabbage)
Banana- avocado
Coconut water – water, almond milk
Chia seeds- ground flax seeds
Hemp hearts – ground flax seeds
