Growing a beard can totally transform a guy's look and yes, the ladies are still eating it up.

All the same, Adriano Alarcon from São Paulo, Brazil, spent months growing out his facial hair only to shave exactly half off.

Then, he took this drastic transformation to the next level by adding a few sprinkles, popcorn, even action figures to the smooth side of his face.
