As great as gel eyeliner can be, drying is an issue to tackle when using gel eyeliner.

Gel eyeliners are brilliant because they offer the precision of a liquid liner and are usually waterproof, smudge proof and last much longer. They are great for defining the eyes.

The downside to constantly opening the gel liners which are usually presented in small tube bottles is making them prone to drying up and when this occurs especially when the liner is not even near finish, there has to be a way to salvage the product!
